Mailflo to let you run your business from Gmail

Grexit announces the out of beta launch of Mailflo, aiming to better integrate existing Gmail accounts with business.

Mailflo is a Google Chrome add-on seamlessly integrated into the sidebar of a user’s Gmail account. Grexit’s product brings simplicity to workflows and customer support for all businesses via the ease of existing Gmail accounts.

As organizational software becomes an integral part of any business, the application of these tools to foster enterprise growth—such as CRM solutions — continues to exponentially grow. According to Forbes, CRM system’s worldwide market grew from $16B to $18B from 2011 to 2012.

“Mailflo, like our already established GrexIt product, combines the flexibility and simplicity of email to a CRM-style model in order to create one of the most straightforward collaborative tools on the market,” says Co-founder and CEO of Mailflo Niraj Ranjan Rout.

The Chome ad-on is Aavailable for free download and useful to teams of anything between 1 and 50 people to streamline their customer support process. Once installed, Mailflo allows team managers to quickly turn a customer email into a task, assign it to a team member, and have an ongoing overview of its progress alongside other assigned tasks without having to switch between dashboards or applications.

Via Mailflo, Rout explains, team members can check their tasks and highlight the tasks progress and completion status. Since an email thread can be treated as a task, communication with customers can easily be done over email.

“Mailflo brings just the right amount of functionality to Gmail to make it suited for efficient collaboration. Unlike other tools, we focus on an email centric approach that, from our experience with Grexit, we know that a lot of small and medium sized teams prefer to get their job done painlessly from their own inbox,” says Mailflo Co-Founder, Nitesh Nandy.
